Could you please add the TM1, Canvas and Pulse version to your post.

The article you shared is about updating the password for the Canvas admin page which is different to setting up Canvas tracking with Pulse.

Did you check this thread on the forum:

**We have installed Pulse 5.6.1 with SQL server and use Canvas 2.04. **However we are unable to see data coming through Pulse on Canvas usage. **From the release notes to only item to enable this tracking was to add in the Pulse URL into the Canvas app. **This has been done. Is there anything else we should check?
