**We have installed Pulse 5.6.1 with SQL server and use Canvas 2.04.
**However we are unable to see data coming through Pulse on Canvas usage.
**From the release notes to only item to enable this tracking was to add in the Pulse URL into the Canvas app.
**This has been done. Is there anything else we should check?
What you can check first is if Canvas is able to track itself.
When the Logs Visits To File is ticked, after clicking the save button, Canvas will start populating the following file with the user activity, you will see the page URL, the filters and who opened the page: C:\CWAS\webapps\{application name}\WEB-INF\logs\page-logs.csv
Could you please check if this file has been created and if you can see some Canvas activity:
If this is working, the issue might be in the communication between Canvas and Pulse. Canvas sends the data to Pulse. If Canvas is installed on a different server than Pulse, you need to make sure that the server where Canvas is installed has access to the Pulse server.
