Monitoring Canvas on Pulse

Hi there,

I have already followed this Help section:

Update admin console password - Cubewise CODE

But at the moment I am still not able to get the Canvas page being monitored, and I am trying to debug the issue on my own using F12, so far I do not see any traffic on Network monitor that would do any POST to Pulse URL, and I have tried both clear cache and used InPrivate browsing.

Any other things I should look into?

Hi @twong,

Could you please add the TM1, Canvas and Pulse version to your post.

The article you shared is about updating the password for the Canvas admin page which is different to setting up Canvas tracking with Pulse.

Did you check this thread on the forum:

**We have installed Pulse 5.6.1 with SQL server and use Canvas 2.04. **However we are unable to see data coming through Pulse on Canvas usage. **From the release notes to only item to enable this tracking was to add in the Pulse URL into the Canvas app. **This has been done. Is there anything else we should check?
