When a user adds commentary in canvas the red indicator appears and an annotation cube is created in TM1 with the comment, but the comment cannot be seen or the audit of the users that made the comments when viewing the comments afterwards - this is only when using SSO - is this a known issue?
Can you give me some idea of whether you think this is something that will take a long time to resolve - so that I can feed back some expectations to the client that raised it.
