When you install Pulse, you should make sure that the antivirus does not scan the Pulse for TM1 folder.
If Pulse stopped working suddenly and you are not able to start it, it is likely that the antivirus might be involved.
A client got the following error:
Error2: The system cannot find the file specified:
The error was due to the installation of a new antivirus which blocked Pulsesd.exe
