The file waterfall.zip.txt is a zip file with an extra “.txt” in the name, once downloaded, you will need to edit the filename and remove the .txt. Once your filename is waterfall.zip, you will be able to unzip it and finds the two files:

I got a message saying that “Windows cannot open the folder” citing that “The compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid”.
Any idea on how to extract the file?

Yes, that was what I tried, it is currently called “waterfall.zip” and I try to extract all.
But I get this message.

I’m not sure why it would not work for you.
Maybe you can try with this new file in a 7zip format: Waterfall.7z.txt (1.5 KB)
Just remove the .txt and then unzip it with 7zip.
