UX: Table Sort by Alias?

Hello experts,

For grid widgets in UX, it seems that the default sort behaviour is to sort by the element principal name rather than the displayed alias. Is there any way we can get a table to sort by the displayed alias?

I thought this was something we had fixed some versions ago but I just tested in 2024.05 FP1 and this bug is still there. @atrajer do we have an existing issue or card for this?
