Following the upgrade to version 2026.08, upon opening the Security Groups page within the backend admin panel, the Apps Permission section is stuck in a continuous refresh loop. I would like to check if anyone has observed this same behaviour.
The section has triggered thousands of refresh requests in a short time frame.

How many groups were previously synced?

This is my newly created Apliqo-Api container. The issue occurred before group sync, and persists even after groups are synced.
I have seen similar happening when it is a new application and there are no Apps to give permissions to it.
As soon as you have a 1st report created, then the “flickering” stops and you can set the permissions or change the “full access” option.
