Hello,
One of my clients was having an issue exporting a large view (+5000 rows) via Apliqo’s export feature (the link was not responding during excel file generation phase) so I decided to use iFrame and link the iFrame to the arc view of the exact same view in UX so that they can take a snapshot of it.
For one user (which has less restrictions than the other) the link is working fine and the user is able to see the arc view with no issues. However the user has more restrictions than the other has an issue logging into the arc.
The user explains the error as, when he enters the username and password correctly and presses the login button, the button does not respond at all and he is stuck on this page below:
Eventhough they have different restriction levels, they have similar restrictions on the cube that I want to display as an arc view. The only difference is, the more restricted user has element security defined in some of the dimensions the cube has. I cannot test this issue by myself because I am constantly having arc session timed-out message when I click the button that I created for the iFrame widget.
What can be the reason behind this issue that I am facing? I do not think it is related to the link or the way I created it since one of the users can use it while the other cannot. I do not think it is security related because the user can see the view on Apliqo UX without any issues and I am using the same subsets for the arc view as well.
Thank you for the support.
