Does pulse capture user access statistics by cube accessed?

I have already located statistics by context.

If you are using Arc and Slice then you can enable object usage tracking any object opened in Arc or Slice will be tracked by Pulse:

You will only be able to track cubes or views opened in Arc or Slice.

Thanks Vincent, only developers use Arc and we do not have Slice. We are wanting to see the cube access statistics for end users via PAfe as we can already derive for Apliqo users.
