Hi, I am posting this on behalf of a client. They would like to know how unique users are being captured by Pulse. Is there any thread here or a document somewhere else that explain this. I searched forum and not found anything specific to this subject. Thanks in advance.

Can you elaborate a bit on what you mean with ‘unique users’?

Are you referring to how Pulse does the license optimization calculation?
