Hi Team,

We are unable to view Excel workbooks and Tm1 web reports under Reports in Pulse. Do we need to install excel logger in citrix servers? Please suggest on this issue.

To view Excel workbooks usage in Pulse, an Excel add-in needs to be installed on each laptop. It is the Excel add-in which is sending the information to Pulse. If your users are using citric then yes you need to install the Excel add-in in Citrix. More information about the Pulse Excel Logger can be found in the following article:

To see TM1 Web usage in Pulse, it is TM1 Web sending the informaiton to Pulse. To do that a little script needs to be added to the TM1 Web server, the steps are explained in the following article:
