Hi @janardhan ,
Yes, indeed the support site is offline. We’re transitioning to a new support portal. The migration is taking a little bit longer than expected. The new portal will be available very soon.
Cheers,
Vincent
Hi @janardhan ,
I’m pleased to let you know that the new support portal is ready.
To see your tickets, you can go to https://global.care.cubewise.com/ after signing up you should see all your tickets.
How to create a ticket:
HI @Vincent ,
I login in https://global.care.cubewise.com/ but still i am unable to see the tickets.
Hi @janardhan ,
You need to sign up using your company email address. All your tickets are associated to your company email address; I can see that you signed up with a private email.
Hi @Vincent , am I missing something here? With the previous site we could see the tickets that were raised by anyone (unless they were tagged as confidential). That way we could see what issues others have to give us a heads up and hit the same issue, see what’s in development, and add our $0.02 if we had something similar or had found a workaround, etc, etc.
Under the new one we seem to only be able to see our own tickets. Is that correct?
Yes, unfortunately, the new platform does not support public tickets. All tickets are now confidential by default; however, you can still add as many participants as before.
On the previous platform, public tickets were allowed, but it didn’t permit adding participants to confidential tickets. This limitation caused significant frustration for customers who needed to share sensitive issues with others.
Another key reason for the transition was to unify our support experience by joining the global Cubewise support portal. This allows customers to submit both service and software-related tickets in one centralized location.
For now, the best place to share ideas and suggestions about features remains the forum.
