Hi Team,
When querying transaction logs via Arc in a client environment, no results were retrieved. As a test case:

I updated a value in the
sys parametercube -
Attempted to query its transaction logs in Arc (date range: yesterday to today)
-
The query thread automatically terminated after 600+ seconds
-
The results page remained blank
Troubleshooting attempts included:
-
Clearing TM1 instance logs
-
Filtering by specific users
All failed to return data.
Environment details:

Arc: v5.0.1

TM1: v2.1.3

OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9

Instance service user: root
