Unable to login Arc through Pulse

Hi Team,

We have setup Windows authentication for Pulse and Pulse is working fine without any issue. When i click on Arc url and try to access it through Pulse authentication its keep on showing the Authentication Popup but its resolved after refreshing the url. How to fix this issue?

We improved the login mechanism in Arc v4.5.1.

Could you please upgrade and try again?

Still i am getting same issue even after upgraded to v4.5.1. issue occurs due to license ?

existing license that i was generated to validate the software is expired.
