Unable to download Pulse v7.2.0

I am unable to download the Pulse v7.2.0 version. Please help us to download the software.

Could you please share more information about the issue (a screenshot would help)?

The Pulse downloads are available to customers only. I just checked and I can confirm that anyone in your company should be able to access Pulse after logging to the forum.

There is no error, url keep rotating when we click on the v7.2.0. is there nay other url to download the software?

Hi @janardhan ,

I recommend checking with your IT department to understand why the URL isn’t accessible on your side. Your company has been using Pulse for some time and it previously worked, so it’s possible that a recent security policy change is blocking it. Your IT team should be able to confirm and resolve this.
