Is there a way to turn off the Pulse messenger feature? Maybe in the yml file? Client does not wish to use the feature but must receive that first message, every time they log onto an instance, indicating it can’t be reached and therefore is aborted.

What do you mean by Pulse Messenger feature? There is no yml file in Pulse folder either.
My apologies @Vincent a total brain lapse on my end. I meant Arc, not Pulse. The Arc Messenger function.
I was wondering what on earth Messenger was, and why I kept getting error messages about it until I found this:
But in the Arc YML file I just found this:
To disable all messaging features, set the disablemessenger
property to true, as below:
disablemessenger: true
Does it work? Not sure yet, but I’ve just tried it and have also commented out the default messengerpassword setting. (This is in 5.0.1.)
