We’re seeing an issue where some pulse alerts for wait time aren’t being sent out.
This alert is configured to send out an alert when the wait time is greater than 1800. We saw in the tm1top logs on multiple days that the wait time exceeded 1800s, but no alert was sent out.
We have other alerts set up for the same Notification Group that are working fine, so I don’t think it’s the notification group or SMTP server that’s the issue.
Any tips on how to troubleshoot this? Would the alert be logged in the Pulse log? If so, what would the log entry for a triggered alert look like?
Thank you for this! I can double check here if the alert went off. We did find the thread in the tm1top log, is there any way to check if an alert email actually did send out from Pulse if we find the alert in that list?
