Saving the Gateway option in Slice

Hi,

A two part question regarding Slice / Arc 5.0.1.

Is there a way to set the gateway option for Slice so that when a user clicks on the server it automatically attempts to log on with the gateway setting instead of having to click to use the gateway. There used to be a Save tick box on the gateway option, I’m not sure if that used to achieve what is being requested.

How often should the logon request pop up? There does not seem to be any consistency when switching between Arc servers in the Slice options.

Hi @R.B ,

There is an enhancement request already regarding being able to default Gateway so users don’t need to click again on the Login screen. I added you as participant to this ticket so you can comment on it if you want.

Once logged in you should tick the option save credentials, Arc will automatically log you again next time:
