Arc+ Object Locking:

Starting with Arc v5.2.0 and Pulse v7.2.0, A new security layer allowing users to lock TM1 processes and rules has been added. Locked objects can only be unlocked by the user who locked them or admins in Pulse.
Prevents accidental changes and safeguards critical objects, ensuring system integrity. A new page was added to Pulse called Object Locking to unlock multiple objects at the same time.

Arc Auto-Complete Improvements:

Enhanced code editor with smarter, context-aware suggestions for a better coding experience.

User Preferences

The User Preferences dialog in Arc has been redesigned for better usability, including a search function to quickly find specific settings. Just toggle the Search All button to enable searching across all preference categories.

Slice TM1Val Support:

Added support for the TM1Val Excel function, enabling retrieval of values from TM1 cubes with hierarchies. Compatible with TM1 Web and Slice for building active forms.

Hi Cubewise

We’re still using the CW Menu System and the setting is using the Hompage in Architect traditionally for the TM1 Web landing page. How do we set this in Arc? Thank you.

Hi @jliando1 ,

Maybe the CODE Team has another idea or could add this as an enhancement, but these details are stored on the }ClientSettings cube, on the “Web home page Object” Measure.

You can edit in the cube directly, you just need to check on your “..Data\}Externals” directory for the specific file name you want to use.

Hope this helps!

Hi @jliando1 ,

@rmazziero is correct. As there is a workaround to update this information, we did not build a user interface for this. The workaround is to open the **}ClientSettings** cube.
