Pulse Upgrade - is an OS restart needed?

Hi,

Does Pulse upgrade need a server restart?

I have seen in the latest documentation that Pulse will need to be restarted, but I haven’t seen comment on the server?

If a server restart is needed, the instances will take multiple hours to come back hence my question.

There is no need to restart the server when upgrading Pulse.
