I came across strange behavior while migrating TIs between instances. Before executing a package, I updated ODBC connection. Execution completed successfully. However, after I tried to run these new processes in new environment without opening them first, they were failing, because they still were trying to connect to original ODBC. When opening a process, there was correct ODBC set, so I just had to go through all of the processes and click the save button to apply this new OBDC string.
