Client receive a Waiting alert from Pulse in an unusual time. It’s early morning (5:30 am), while Overnight Chore is running. Alert said users are waiting for overnight process, and they are doing cube view.
Has confirmed with user, they didn’t use TM1 in the early morning. User didn’t log out after use, but shutdown computer instead. So it seems we have some unusual waiting event.
Does anyone have similar event before?
Server has configured to logout user after 12 hours idle.
Is it possible that TM1 will operate automatically with user account while logout user?
