Does Pulse 6’s internal security support auto-expiration of user passwords?
Hi @jpusztai,
No, but you can however create an enhancement ticket and we can have a look at it later.
Thanks!
Paul
Hi @jpusztai,
you could us windows authentication (SSO) or use CAM security to connect to Pulse and let this to be managed by a the client’s local password policies.

Erik
Thanks @ecarmona! That would be a great alternative.
Hi @jpusztai! Hope that helps give clarity. Let us know if anything.
Cheers!

Hi Paul
Does Pulse record history of any old passwords? And does it not let the user setup same password again?
Also how many incorrect login attempts are allowed before the user gets locked out and can the incorrect attempts be set?

Hi @rkamat,

No.

Do you mean re-use? The user should be able to.
Also how many incorrect login attempts are allowed before the user gets locked out and can the incorrect attempts be set?
It is at hard limit at 5.
Cheers,
Paul
