It’s a bit odd, the only reason I see that Pulse will filter the list of dependencies is if you select a type of object. For example below, I selected Applications (in yellow) and Pulse will only show the applications:
But on your screenshot I can see the dropdown is empty so there might be an issue with your web browser.
You can still go ahead, create the package and then you can check if the dependencies are included.
Hi @Vincent , .blb and .xlsx files are including in package but why showing the dependencies count wrong. In dev its showing 3 but in qa its showing 6. Pulse will not capture the .xlsx files?
Yes tab empty and if select all also details are not coming. Please suggest on this issue.

When creating a package, you first select the Excel file:
Then in the dependencies, you should see the blob file:
