There’s no error message in the Pulse log files but it seems the link to the message log (tm1server.log) is broken and doesn’t display in the pulse web app at all for any instances on the Pulse server is monitoring. Restarting Pulse has not fixed the issue. What can be done to troubleshoot this?
Which version of PAL Pulse is working with? I would suggest to set the Pulse logger in debug mode and send us the logs to a ticket, and we will take it from there.
