Hi, Since upgrading Pulse to 6.2.1 we have had more instances of the application freezing, requiring a restart of the services. We have also created a script that will restart the services on a daily basis to try and prevent the freezing, but sometimes this script is prevented from completing as the services are unresponsive. The next step would be to restart the server on a daily basis, but that seems like it should not be necessary. It hasn’t happened for a week or so now, but I wondered if anyone else had experience the same
Hi @AlexM,
Could you help double confirm the version of Pulse?
The latest is now 6.5.2.
Cheers,
Paul
Hi Paul, apologies, we recently upgraded to 6.5.1, so it looks like we are one version behind
Alex
Hi @AlexM,
No worries! As for the freezing, can you explain further like visually, what is being experienced? Is the Pulse Web not showing at all? Or is it the time in the Live Monitor not moving?
We would recommend to upgrade to the latest one first and see how it goes from there.
There was an update with the Pulse Monitor that can potentially resolve what you might be experiencing now.
Cheers,
Paul
Hi @plim The web site is completely unresponsive. I will arrange for the software to be upgraded and then come back to you if we are still having the same issues
Hi, We had another issue with Pulse software stopping completely today. All three services were offline. I’m attaching the log file. We upgraded to the latest version as suggested
Sorry was not allowed to attach a file. Will send separately @plim
