Pulse Explorer Error

Hello all,

Pulse Explorer is not working in Production Pulse service, whereas it is working perfectly in Pulse Non production service.

Following is the error when clicked on explorer link.

It looks like the Pulse Opensearch Dashboard objects have been removed. This is only the objects but the data should still be there. We’ll need to see the Pulse logs to understand what happened.

You can easily import the objects back.

To do that, you can either export your objects from the dev environment or just import them from the Pulse for TM1\resources\opensearch:

To import or export objects, just click on Saved Objects in your screenshot.

We cannot reproduce the issue when using the installer.

Did you perform a silent installation of Pulse ?
