Pulse Explorer Dashboard is not working

Hi team,

We are running pulse on cloud version 6.6.0 , and we are seeing the error while accessing the Pulse explorer dashboard .

PFB the error we are seeing in logs:
2025-08-07 06:51:53 ERROR ExplorerFilter Errors when accessing explorer: Connect to localhost:8095 [localhost/127.0.0.1, localhost/0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1] failed: Connection refused: connect
