To turn on ‘create dump file’ the documentation says to go to the Alert page. I’m unable to find this option on version 6.

That is because, with Pulse 6, all of the information one usually look for in the dump file should now be found in the Elasticsearch database.
On the Pulse Explorer (link to Kibana UI), there are pre-built reports via the following button:
Above are just some of the reports present. You should also have the to create your own custom report/dashbaord based off the data that you are looking for.
