Pulse - documentation not working

Hi,

I can’t get the documentation to work on Pulse for Cognos Wxpress v10. The namespace, username and password setup via the wizard came back with success.

Pulse Version v5.4
CXMD instance can be seen by Pulse

What should I look at to troubleshoot this issue?

If the documentation is not working, it could be because of the user settings in Pulse are wrong.
You should go to instance settings and check that:

  • The username is correct
  • The password is correct
  • The CAM namespace is correct (It is case sensitive)

It looks like your using CAM Security. Be careful that the CAM namespace is case sensitive:

Make sure you saved the settings before running the documentation again.
