Pulse Disconnect Client feature doesn't always work

Hi Team,
I’ve found this feature very unstable ever since I started using pulse (we’ve native authentication & I’m using TM1 user credentials when asked by pulse).
Some times it works, the other times it doesn’t.
Is there any trick to get this feature working every time ?

Hi @drd,

Pulse uses the TM1 API to disconnect clients and cancel threads. Pulse sends the request and TM1 disconnects the user if it can, it doesn’t have any control over whether it works or not.

An important thing to know is a user cannot disconnect themselves or any session using the same user name.
