Hi,

I’m getting following message when entered valid email address in Send Test To: field under Administration > Configuration screen

Unable to send test email: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful

Hi @nainoor.thaker,

The error means the SMTP settings are incorrect or you haven’t clicked Save before pressing TEST.
