Process History Not showing


Hi All,

What could be the cause of the chore and process history not being reported in Pulse?

Incorrect log file location?


Or as it turns out here an old TM1 Instance with the same service name.


Dear Ian,

The history of processes is being processed through the tm1server.log file. there could be situations where pulse is not able to read this file for security reasons, like for instance, if the pulse monitor is running with the local system account and TM1 running with an specific service account that only has privileges to the logs/Data folder.

Pulse will report any error when reading the tm1server.log file(s) of the TM1 Service(s) in the Server.log
