My client can use IE browser only, and Arc just stopped in the below screen and no any response when opening it, any way to fix this? (tried localhost and FQDN)
Found some error with the developer tool,

Managed to replicate the IE11 specific issue locally and added a fix for it on ticket #995.
( so no need to create another ticket from your side )
This should form part of the up and coming release.
