[NextGen UX] Any API or JS Function to trigger Notification?

Hi all,

The customer found the notification very useful and wanted to us to explore other opportunieis of using notification like using a TI to trigger some notification message to update, or combining JS function to allow user to do something on the screen and trigger a notification message, and maybe possibly the JS Function can possibly pointing to a particular widget.

A more complete set of api endpoints is something that we have on the roadmap so we will look into making sure there is also a endpoint(s) for notifications.
