We upgraded to the new version of canvas and we are getting the following while using the new printer options.
com.cubewise.m: Printer instance maybe not accessible. Please check logs.
I do not see any logs in the logs folder. I went through this page, https://code.cubewise.com/canvas-docs/set-printer-version-to-use-mode-2 and the only setting I saw that might need to change is the url, which I changed to be our base url for canvas, but the error still continues.
I noticed also it uses port 9000 + increments from there, so I made sure those are open on the firewall of the server, not sure it matters to do this or not though.
Any help would be appreciated.
