Move Pulse installation to different drive

Hi there, Pulse was installed on D drive and now we would like to move it to the other drive. May I know how to move pulse from one drive to the other with all the pulse data? Thanks.

Hi @kzhong,

The first thing is to backup Pulse (services should have been previously stopped), secondly uninstall Pulse and reinstall it in the desired location, and to finalize restore the backup that was performed in the first step (Pulse services should be stopped before restoring the backup).

Hi @kzhong,

One last thing, do not forget to deploy the current license.xml which is in the Pulse For TM1/Server/ as the new installation will create a trial license by default.
