Long-running script

Some users complain about a slow responding application. In these cases I have nothing more than a screenshot with the message: ‘is not responding due to a long-running script.’.
I can’t reproduce this. What can be the reason or where do I have to look into?

It could be a lot of things. Seeing as you have an older version, it will be advisable to first upgrade to the latest version first:

We have optimized a few more internal logic in relation to performance.
