One of my clients told me that there is an issue while exporting charts as a png file. After clicking export he is getting this message:
I also tried myself and had the same issue. Is there a way to fix it? This issue only occurs in graphics - tables can be exported as PNG without any issues. I believe it might be access related but regardless I could not find a solution about it.
