Hide Edit Mode button

Hi,

Is it possible to hide Edit Mode button in UX for a security group?
The answer is probably “No” but is there a workaround?

The edit mode button is always there because even ordinary “consumer” users who can’t edit any public screens can still create their own private views (and they could always duplicate the current view into a private view).
