Function Administration -> Files - don’t see all files in directory

Could you please give us more context on what you are trying to achieve? When you say “don’t see all files”, what files are you expected to see in the Files module?
The Adminsitration → Files is a module that help you to manage blob files that contains .csv or .xlsx extension as below:
