Hi There

For some files in the 2 Excel Workbooks sections, I’m seeing “Unknown” or blank under the “Last Opened By” sections.

What would be the cause of seeing that instead of the actual username?

And what is the difference between “Last Opened By” and “Last Windows User”?

Hi @dfranken,

It usually is the result of querying the current user from TM1 via the TM1 servername found from a worksheet. Looking at the screenshot, perhaps you haved logged in already with CXMD_UAT, but not yet in CXMD.

Last Opened By refers to the TM1 username whereas Last Windows User would be the username currently logged in on Windows.
