Error when converting action button in Slice

Has anyone received this error when converting action button for their current workbook?

Runtime [Error] Unhandled exception in async delegate call. : COMException - Unspecified error (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005 (E_FAIL))

Cannot seem to convert button via Slice.

Hi Jeffrei,

Is Perspectives installed?

In order to convert Perspectives buttons to Pafe buttons, the users need to have Perspectives installed and configured on the client machine. However, it needs to be disabled. Slice is unable to parse Action Buttons without Perspectives libraries.

Hi Vincent,

Perspective is installed. I read through the prerequisites and found client seems to have locked the macro. So this might be the reason for the error.

However, I tried it on another server and Slice seems to crash whenever I open a template.
The window it is running is Window Server 2016 and Excel 2016, Slice should support these version?
