Error Initializing Elastic message

Pulse version 6.0.1. Started seeing message saying ‘Elasticsearch Server, there was an error initializing elastic’. In the About section under the Elastic Cluster section the Cluster Name says ‘Unknown’, Cluster Health is red ‘X’ and no Last Update. Total size in Disk is 0MB. Looking at the application logs there are many, many warnings saying ‘The cluster is not in healthy status, deferring Elastic Configuration.’ Plenty of disc space, this is a fairly recent install. Seems like a configuration step was missed but where?

Please send us a ticket to Pulse support with the all the contents of the Pulse For TM1/logs folder

I’m interested in understanding what the issue and resolution was in this case? We have the same error with our Pulse 6.1.2 linux install.
