We have a table on one tm1 server and we want to use the Drill to Target View function to allow users to navigate to a view that’s getting data on another tm1 server. The navigation works find, as in the target view opens, however, the filters are not being updated and I’m guessing this is because they are on two different tm1 servers?
E.g. we want to transfer the selection in $<<server1.FIN Cost Center.FIN Cost Center>> in the source view to $<<server2.FIN Cost Center.FIN Cost Center>> in the target view, and likewise for another dimension. Is this what the “Settings Service Override” option is for? I couldn’t find any documentation to help me understand how to utilise this feature, can someone please help?
