Debugging not working

When I tried to debug a TI I got an error that debugging hadn’t been enabled in the config file, however, it had been enabled and recently restarted. I have Arc 2.1.0 installed.
Any ideas??

EnableTIDebugging=T

Check the configuration page to see if debugging is enabled:

If it isn’t you can set it from there.
