Connect Pulse to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and other AI assistants

Hi all,

From Pulse 8.0.0, Pulse comes with an MCP server, so AI assistants can query your Pulse and TM1 environment directly. We’ve published two new pages in the Pulse User Manual:

Pulse MCP - Supported AI clients
Lists the AI clients that can connect to Pulse, including GitHub Copilot, Claude, IBM Bob, Cursor, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and the setup each one needs. It also explains the main difference between local clients, which can reach Pulse on your internal network, and cloud clients, which need Pulse reachable over public HTTPS.

Connect Microsoft 365 Copilot to Pulse
A step-by-step guide to building a Copilot Studio agent connected to Pulse and publishing it in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. Users can then ask questions like “Which TI processes failed in the last 24 hours on Production?” directly from Copilot chat. The guide also covers the network, certificate and licence requirements, plus troubleshooting and security.

Microsoft updates Copilot Studio often, so if a screen doesn’t match the guide, follow the official Microsoft links at the top of the page.

I hope this help,

Cheers,

Vincent
