Pulse Pulse Questions

Hello,

Seeing that Pulse isn’t correctly grabbing Chore history. I see a few chores, but not all.
Is there a reason some aren’t showing up in the list? I see the processes which are a part of this chore in the process history.

Please advise.

Which version of Pulse is that?

Can you also check the logs of Pulse and see if there is any errors in there?

I’m on version 5.8.2.
Where are the Pulse logs located?

Unless the default installation path was changed, it should be in:

C:\Program Files\Pulse for TM1\logs

Hi @Shr3714,

There should be a pulse.log and a server.log file in there.

Check if there are any outright errors within those files.
