We have noticed on Change History not showing any updated objects for like over 2 months while documentation seems to be working, we are very certain that things have changed but they are not appears to be capturing on Pulse.
What could be the cause of this problem?

Did the customer solve the problem now? If so, how did you solve it?
We have a customer with the same issue, and they would like to know is there any way they can recover all the changing history.

Hi Guys,
A common reason for this is when the admin removes a configuration in the TM1server that Pulse deploys in order to track the changes
